The original job posting was to fix a few shingles, but after Bill looked at our roof my wife and I knew it was time to replace it after putting it off for a couple years. However, Bill did provide us with quotes for both the whole roof or if we did the partial repair to the missing shingles. He did not pressure us either way, and when issues came up during the roof replacement that would cost more than the initial quote, they were only issues that had to be addressed to get the best life out of our new roof as possible. Would work with them again on other home exterior projects in the future!"

"The crew was prompt, courteous, professional, used iPads and eInvoicing and eReceipts...modern tools. They showed me siding samples at the time of quote, gave firm fixed pricing, including lumber (the costs of which is sky high right now). They showed up on time with the same friendly crew that I met earlier. Their work was beautiful and they left my garage and driveway cleaner than it was when they started. They specialize in siding, roofing and gutters. They don't try to do it all, and I appreciate that when I asked if they do interior work, they said no, that they prefer to stick to what they do best. That focus is important. I prefer a company that doesn't necessarily try to take on something they wouldn't do as well just to get more business. I respect that. 10/10 would hire again ...but hopefully won't need to :)"

"Materials were ordered swiftly, and the team organized their subcontractors to complete the sequential work in as little time as possible. Most importantly, Sam, Anthony and project manager Adryan were on site every day coordinating the work and reachable within a moment's notice. In a very short three and a half weeks in August, the Universal team completed the complex plan.  New Pennsylvania fieldstone masonry work at the base of the home was installed first, including a new retaining wall.  A brand new timber tech rear deck was built.  Twelve new windows were installed.  All new James Hardie siding was installed and a substantial nine by twelve foot front portico completely transformed the front of the home.  Large scale reno is inexorably daunting, but the Universal team was communicative throughout the process. Any minor tweaks required or requested were met with prompt action to ensure the project was completed to expectations. We recommend URS for any exterior renovations. TY."
