This has been the best Service from anyone in all the service industries I've use (plumbers, electricians, roofers, etc). They were the best priced. Very fast to respond, Mike even made time from his busy schedule to swing by and address some concerns. They worked with us, by sending crews out several different times as we built walls and made some last minute changes. Jodi, was great with call backs and updates on crew schedule. Actual worker bees were very polite, courteous and friendly. They would also call before showing up to let us know their ETA. Never late, never got a "sorry we left X back at the shop". They worked nonstop till the task was completed. They never left the site unfinished and always cleaned up and left site as if they were never there. Calling these guys next time without bothering to get quotes.

I just have to shout from the rooftop about some EXCELLENT service we received with our hardwood floors. We just had Prospect Hardwood Flooring install 1800 sq ft of hardwood along with the corner round, all new baseboards, and staining our stairs. It only took them two days with a full crew and today only 2 guys to finish up. To say they were of the utmost professionals isn't enough. From the owner coming to our home for the estimate to him having a crew here the NEXT day to install (He has 10 crews). Usually, you expect 2 or 3 guys to do a job and I know we had at least 6-8 guys here who were all just as professional and respectful. Sometimes quality comes at a cost and originally we only called them for an estimate to do our stairs because where we ordered the flooring from used someone for installation that doesn't sand and refinish floors. When the owner came in he knew exactly what our floors were and rattled off the cost. We canceled the installation with the original company because he saved us thousands.....We could have probably saved money buying from them too and missed out, but I will send ALL of my hardwood clients to them in the future.(Iâ m a realtor and have been very loyal to another flooring company that has always beat the competition). I will also say I could have saved even more if I had know about this company prior to ordering my hardwood floors, there were $1.20 per sq ft cheaper and I shopped internet companies and many others locally. If you have repairs or looking to buy make sure to call these guys.

We got one other estimate besides this one, which was much higher. The floors are beautiful and the workmanship was excellent. Jodi in the office was very attentive to our questions and potential concerns. We arranged to take a trip out of town to see family for four days to avoid the noise and dust, they finished the job in three days. They came back after we returned to move the heavier pieces of furniture back in place (the previous estimate was going to charge to do that). Highly recommend.

Prospect Flooring did an excellent job refinishing my flooring following a kitchen remodel. They previously installed flooring, matching and blending new flooring with flooring in other rooms, such that we could not tell the old from the new. This refinishing similarly blended such that we cannot tell the difference in finish. We highly recommend them for their professional workmanship and conduct.
