We had had brazilian cherry hardwood floor installed in our new home. Mike and his team handled the project very professionally. The wood they used is a very good quality product. There were some problems with matching existing brazilian cherry wood flooring. They managed to overcome the problem. They were very responsive and attentive to our inquiries. We would definitely recommend this company for a hassle free project.

They did excellent quality work. The initial guy who did the estimate was very nice and gave me advice on how to do different things and was willing to tell me certain things would be better quality wise to wait and do later. The price was reasonable but higher than some of the other quotes I had received. The only thing I was slightly disappointed in was I could not understand the actual people working on my floors. This is a good group and I will use them again to refinish my floors.

The work crew did a fantastic job keeping the dust contained while doing an impeccable job of restoring my badly damaged floors back to the original finish. But the real plus goes to Jodie for her amazing customer service. She provided status reports and quick follow-up which goes along way in creating trust and confidence in the company's ability. I would highly recommend this company for any hardwood restoration project.
