We did a major home renovation by taking up all of our floor tile (large kitchen, dining, living room, bathroom, and carpeted stairs) and replacing with hardwood. By far the largest home renovation we've ever done, and by far the easiest with Mike and Jodi's coordination and execution. Jodi set up convenient appointment with Mike- who arrived on time, prepared, provided recommendations, displayed confidence and had samples. Mike quickly provided spot on price and job duration estimates. Actually, finished earlier than we expected. Mike was on-site daily ensuring project was proceeding as expected. This was a soup to nuts operation, including removal of appliances, toilet, vanity, and furniture. We could not be happier with our floors and highly recommend Prospect! THANK YOU!

Prospect Hardwood Flooring is a great company. They have excellent customer service. Our project was refinishing pine flooring in a large,100 year old house, which is more difficult than typical flooring, and they did a good job. Jodie in the office, and Mike, the boss, were helpful and very professional. They have a good sized, experienced crew. We thought we had prepped the spaces well, but they came behind us and taped and covered all the things we hadn't been able to remove (books in the book cases, etc.) There was almost no dust and they cleaned up everything every day. The job took 5 days, as there are so many steps in the process. Their price was competitive and they performed all the work on schedule. Tip: the "satin" finish is much nicer than semi-gloss. It gives a richer, less glaring look to the floors, especially important in historic homes. We highly recommend Mike and his crew. Thanks to Home Advisor for finding them for us.

Mike was responsive when we emailed or called him with questions. The floors look nice. There were some minor things that were missed during the final inspection but the crew happily came back and fixed it.
