Excellent customer service and quality workman ship. We had wood floors refinished and wood floor install. The price was competitive and completed on time.including furniture moving. Would absolutely recommend this company

The personnel who install the flooring do not do a great job with quality control. Be prepared to inspect the work daily.

the crew sent to do the repairs disposed of the wood flooring as they removed it keepina a neat and clean area. The floor being repaired was maple. The only way you can tell it was new was due to the white color. maple is white when first installed and slowly turns to a golden color as it is exposed to the sun light. We will be using Prospect to refinnish our maple floors sometime within the next year.
