Mike did a fantastic job of laying out in detail what our project would cover, setting expectations on schedule, timing, and price. This group is easy to work with, and the team worked extremely hard to finish in the estimated time. Jodi connected with my wife multiple times to answer any questions and provide guidance. Great company.

I highly recommend Prospect Wood Flooring. They sanded/refinished existing wood floors/stairs and installed new wood floors; all which were nicely matched. I chose Prospect Wood Flooring because Mike was knowledgeable and patiently explained my options, their process, and what to expect. Additionally, they provided an itemized quote that outlined exactly what I would be paying for. They went above and beyond in several ways. They were happy to help me move several heavy objects that needed to be cleared from the floors, they left me with extra stained shoe molding for some jobs I had yet to do, and they also gave me some extra finish in case I had to fix any future scratches. Not to mention, Jodi took extra good care of my wife and I by coordinating the crew and times when we could enter the house for much needed items. She kept us updated with status regularly. Lastly, Mike did a final walk through to ensure that a quality job was done and further explained floor care and after actions such as needing to change my air filter. I felt like I was their only customer. Most importantly, my floors look awesome. Thanks Prospect!!!

Customer service was top notch! The estimator, Mike, was prompt, friendly, and left me with an estimate in hand (unlike some other companies who provided estimates a few days after their visit). The day before the install my wife and I became very sick from food poisoning. We still hadn't moved furniture and accents from the work space. We reached out to Prospect and they were able to push the install date back by two days to allow us to recover and move our stuff. Jodi was my main POC and I really appreciated her checking back to see if we were feeling better. Their flexibility and understanding was very much appreciated. The installers did a great job! The floors and trim look amazing! I'm still beaming from the level of detail they put into the work. With the extra product they were able to finish my pantry, the landing in the basement stairwell, and my front hall closet! I am recommending Prospect Hardwood Flooring to my parents when they are ready to have their floors done and would recommend them to anyone looking for flooring work.

Even more impressive than Prospect Flooring (Mike and Jody were great), the Prospect team that does home repairs does amazing work. Work included stairs and new banisters as well as removal of tile (a painful job to do). Highly recommended.

I was very impressed with this company. Mike Bolt did my estimate and worked with me after I changed my mind about the type of flooring I wanted. They installed hardwood floors throughout my entire house and did a fantastic job. They even came back to put the shoe moulding on after another company installed the baseboards and painted them. I highly recommend this company.

Floors look great, clean, quick, professional

This is a great company to work with. I used them to refinish a spiral staircase and saved a great deal of money. Staircase came out beautiful -- I could not be happier. I highly recommend this company.
