Owner, Mike Blot is a top rate professional who provided some of the best customer service of any vendor/contractor I have ever worked with. His crew was on time and meticulous in their work. I had a total of 5 bedrooms, a loft area, dining room, hallway, and foyer refinished to perfection!. Mike followed up with a visit the day after his crew completed the job to inspect and discuss maintenance. No need to keep hunting for someone else!

This was one of the first home project that went smoothly and completed on time. Mike and Jodi from Prospect met our expectations with the overall scheduling, selection of materials, and attention to our concerns. The crew was in and out with very little mess and disruption to our daily lives. We would highly recommend using their services. We are very satisfied with the end results.

Incredible company!!! Mike Blot was wonderful - his knowledge and advice were invaluable. We had old wood floors and carpeting removed and beautiful, new hardwood flooring installed throughout almost the entire main floor. Mike, along with Jodi, walked us through the entire process, kept us apprised of each step, and coordinated with other vendors for the stair remodel. They were absolutely the best and the floors look spectacular!!! I would whole-heartedly recommend!!!

I wish that all companies were as conscientious as this one. Perfect customer service. They refinished the hardwood floors in a 65 year old house and they look like a brand new installation. The colors were very well matched with an adjoining area that we had refinished a few years ago. Their pricing is extremely competitive. The cost was less than that for a similar area we had done in the past. Great Job, Guys!
