friendly people. Wood quqlity poor.Nails countersunk on shoe moulding but holes not filled in with wood filler. Old caulking not removed from floor moulding.

Unfortunately none of these issues were brought to our attention at the time of completion. The items that were listed on the punch list had been completed prior to final payment. We strive to satisfy every client and are not happy until our customers are.

Prospect had a very fast response to my inquiry and got some out of our house to provide an estimate. The estimate was quick and very competitive. Hiring the firm was a no brainer. The installers completed the job in two days, as promised, including the removal of carpet in our sitting room, master bedroom and walk in closet. They were able to work around the furniture in the room, which minimized disruption.

Quick to respond, came out the next day to quote and the work was done within a week. Very professional, courteous, respectful and cleaned up after the job was done. They showed me some products that I wasn't aware of and that saved me some money.
