Mike and Prospect were awesome. Very knowledgeable about his recommendations and quoted a fair price. The job was started and completed on time. The job site was kept clean and you can trust the team in your home without you there. The entire experience from start to finished product was 5 starts. These guys were great.

Very pleasant to deal with; the crew who come who did the work came at the designated time and was very friendly and professional. The work was completed as promised (three days) and the whole experience was so stress-free. 1st Class Flooring Contractor. Hardwood in Living Room to replace carpet and match to existing hardwood in Family Room right behind the L.R. Also, install wood on all stairs (many/many( & landings). Very professional from start to finish. We never thought that the match could be done, but they did it and did it extremely well. From first call to them to an estimate, they were always on time and focused on what their job was. They cleaned up every day and kept dust to a minimum (they have machines that suck back what they sand). I wish all contractors were like Prospect Flooring, it would make these type of projects a pleasure...to know you can put your trust in them.

Scheduled surveys Home Depot and Prospect Development the same day in order to obtain a quote for the work. Prospect completed the job before Home Depot could even come back to me with a quote! Not sorry at all that I didn't wait for Home Depot! Couldn't be happier with the choice we made.
