Overall Job was executed well. Workers stained the air vents and got it stuck to the floor, had to roughly remove it with razor and rubber mallet, damaged it. Couple of walls were smudge also. If they had done the floor vents correctly I would've gave then 5 stars. Price was good though

This company was excellent to work with from my first inquiry to the finished project. Their communication, updates, etc the best I've ever experienced. Very professional but at the same time gave personal attention. They transformed my 15 year old floors from dark yet faded to bright and good as new. I would definitely hire them again.

It was a distinct pleasure to work with Prospect Hardwood Flooring both in their excellent product ( refinishing our hardwood floors) as well as with their communication and business administration! From the initial quote to the finished product, this company was immediately responsive, excellence in their skillful execution of our wood floor refinishing, providing a professional service in every aspect of the project! They called daily to give progress updates. There was minimal dust upon completion! Being asthmatics, this aspect of dust reduction was a major priority for us! They truly went above and beyond to ensure a quality outcome! Our floors look new again! We would definitely use Prospect Hardwood Flooring again and highly recommend this company!
