Prospect Hardwood Flooring did an outstanding job refinishing my 60 year old hardwood floors. There were a lot of pet damage spots and dried paint from years of it being covered with carpet. I was really worried it wouldnâ t be a good candidate for refinishing. But Mike assured me it would look great when it was finished and boy was he right! It looks like I spent thousands of dollars having a new floor installed. Amazing!!! I had multiple quotes, but I was really impressed with Mikeâ s knowledge, professionalism and price. He was quick and handed me the quote immediately. Jodi kept me informed every step of the way and even when I had a small issue (my fault), they fixed it for me. I love their use of technology and the ease of their contract and payment system. The crew was very friendly, professional and respectful of my dogs and having to make sure they didnâ t get out. I highly recommend them and will definitely use them again in the future.

Overall it looks great. They arrived on time and took extra steps to tape up plastic curtains to minimize dust throughout the house. Would recommend them and hire them again if needed.

This company was well run from start to finish. The estimator came on time and worked quickly to leave me with an estimate. The scheduling staff was efficient and personable. And the team that did the work were excellent. My old hardwood floors which had been covered with carpet for 30+ years are refiished and look like new. They went the extra mile and followed up with information re: how to care for the floors.

Complex project that had to be staged with our home remodel (we carved out flooring separate). 4,000 ft. of hardwood replacement, refinish, patching, etc. two levels, two stair cases, etc. Complex project. They were FANTASTIC at every stage. Everyone at Prospect was knowledgeable, had high standards for performance AND customer service. Prices were competative - not the cheapest but not the most expensive. WORTH hiring. These guys are top notch from every person and every phase of what they do. Easy to work with. I'm a demanding buyer, I got the great balance of good price and excellent quality and service.

Very professional office and extremely professional installation staff. Job done efficiently, carefully, and with an eye for detail. Job done in timely manner, just as promised. One small problem found after they left on the final day, a crew came back immediately and fixed it in a few minutes. Good people to work with.
