I was very pleased with the overall service of Prospect Flooring. The customer service was outstanding and the work was performed on time as stated. i really like the fact that Mike came back after the work was completed to inspect and to make sure I was happy with the end results.

Very professional, timely. We have 2 sets of stairs and 4 grandchildren who's regular visits over 10 years really took it's toll. The steps look better now than when they were first installed. And the pricing was very reasonable.

Responsive customer service. Workmanship was quality and done in a timely manner. Workers cleaned up after work was done. Very satisfied. I researched cost of materials to buy myself. They installed with materials includes for the same price I was given just to buy materials from a flooring dealer. Cost benefit was no brainier.

The level of service as well as customer service is unbelievable. We have been doing work on the house and have had huge issues with other companies so I went in with a bad attitude assuming it was going to be another run around but not with these guys. Will use them again when we do the other rooms. Finding a company these days that actually cares is rare and these guys do care.

Great quality service! Mike and his team answered every question I had prior to, during, and after the installation of my new hardwood floors. The crew worked quickly and efficiently and had our home done in 2 days. All for a very competitive price! Would definitely hire again!
