Even though it was a small job, Prospect Development came out immediately to provide an estimate. The estimate was fair and reasonable and once given the go ahead, came out within a day or two to complete the job. They completed the job on time and with no surprises. It looked real nice and I would definitely consider them for additional work.

Mike and his team are fantastic. They took a wood flooring almost seventy years old with many years of neglect and pet stains and made it look better than new. And not a dust particle was visable! I could not believe my eyes when i walked in the house. I highly recommend Prospect Development Co. Inc. and will be having them do more work for me in the near future. The floor was absolutely MAGNIFICENT and the cost was well under what I had expected. There were minor communication issues with schedulling, but quickly resolved by the salesman I worked with. They were responsive, professional and I would absolutely hire them again. Great company. Super work.

Mike, the owner, came out for the inspection and provided an estimate right on the spot. He was able to schedule a crew for the next day and the work they did was of the highest quality and workmanship. Very professional and friendly.
