The workers came on time,did a thorough and professional job over 3 days and cleaned up after all their work. They were all courteous and helpful, including the office in explaining everything about the job and answering all our questions. We are extremely pleased with the service and the end result. Our floor looks brand new!! We would use them again without hesitation.

Great customer service, detailed follow up and accurate pre/post project updates. I had some initial concerns after the project (touch ups) had completed but Prospect were very prompt with follow up and everything was addressed to my satisfaction. The team that did the work were very polite and hard working and on time. Would recommend.

Prospect Hardwood flooring did a great job! My husband and I are extremely happy with the results. The people at Prospect went out of their way to make sure we LOVED our flooring - they custom mixed the stain for us to match our banister and the whole house now looks complete. Before their work, our floors were installed at different times and had different levels of wear. Now they flow and match beautifully. Can't say enough good things - honest, expert, and friendly crew and staff. Our thanks for flooring we LOVE!
