Very professional, arrived on time and completed job perfectly.

Redoing floors while you are still in the home can be a bit disruptive. However, workers were on time, and efficient. Their moving team was outstanding. I'm very please with the work they did. Also Prospect staff provided the best follow up to my request. Their estimate was the same as the final bill.

Excellent results for our kitchen and family room hard wood floor refinishing. Mike recommended three coats of varnish due to heavy traffic and he was so right. We definitely give this company top grades and we are tough critics with high expectations!!!

On time. On budget. Hard-working crews who did a fantastic job. Office staff was spot-on. They refinished the entire second floor of our house and didn't leave a speck of dust behind. The results were perfect. We couldn't be happier! They will be doing the first floor of our house in spring.

Overall they did a beautiful job. I would hire them again. Only one negative, I wish they would have put down something to protect our marble floor in the foyer where they were bringing in equipment throughout the 3 days of work.

The process was not completely smooth at first but we were able to work out some lighter stain spots in the floor. It appears that the issue was due to mixing two different brands of stains in the first place.We had to redo the main living area and the result was much better in the end. Prospect worked with us to correct the initial issues so that was good. It took a litle more than expected but we accomplished the goal.

This was an excellent experience. Prospect refinished and replaced all of the hardwood in my home including the stair treads and handrails. I can't explain what a beautiful job they did. We are so happy. Mike was fantastic. I'm sure he was frustrated with all of my questions but he never show it. He is so professional and helpful. Thanks for everything .

Mike contacted us moments after I posted on Home Advisor that I needed a contractor to install a wood floor. We scheduled a time to meet at our new home so that he could look at it and give us a free estimate. His estimate was reasonable and we contracted his company to do the job. They began work the next day, and Mike followed up with us after it was finished. He met us at our new home to look over the job and explain to us how to care for it. We couldn't be happier with our new hardwood floor!

price is a little bit high.

We actually decided to replace with wood floors rather than refinish the parquet floors in place. Prospect contacts Mike and Jodi were exceptionally helpful in communicating our options clearly. We are very pleased with the final product--a well-laid beautiful floor.
