Mike was very responsive to an issue that later arose from the sub flooring that was damaged from a water leak at the balcony door and had to be replaced before putting down the hardwood floor. The sub floor was replaced within hours and as a result we now have replaced the door as well. All is good and the floors look great.

They did excellent work, right on budget. Crew members were professional and courteous.

At the end we decided to replace the hardwood instead of refinishing it and we're very glad of making that decision. The wood has a very good quality and the installation was done in just hours. Out living room now looks amazing.

Work performed under contracted areas was satisfactory, however, Prospect Development performed unsatisfactory work outside of the contract agreement and so far has appeared resistant and at times unprofessional during our attempt to resolve the concern.
