From our first contact with this company until the last of the install was complete, I can do nothing but rave. The customer service from Mike and Jodi was top notch. The guys that actually installed the flooring were very professional and efficient. We are very pleased and would definitely recommend Prospect Development!

Mike came out and gave me an estimate and I got an appointment quickly. The workers came out on time and worked diligently. I am pleased with the outcome. I would certainly call upon Prospect Development again for future projects.

On a scale of 1-10 I would give them 25. My floors were more difficult than expected. Mike was a perfectionist and although the job took longer than estimated the results were worth the wait.

Thanks to Prospect we were able to complete not only our initial request, but our entire wishlist due to their reasonable prices and great quality wood. Mike was very friendly and informative and helped us make an educated decision. The workmen were also very polite and cordial. We are very pleased with the end result. Job well done!

The crew were very professional and worked hard at doing their job. Our job was scheduled to be completed in two days. The crew work hard all day and got our job completed in one day. We are very happy with the job they did. Mike was outstanding, came and gave us a quote, stopped by while work was in progress, then came back the next day to inspect the job. We paid them no money for the job until Mike came by and did his inspection and asked us if we were satisfied. we would use them again and highly recommend them.

Cost for service was the same as other estimates. The major difference was the quality and professionalism, along with courtesy with all who work for the company. This company was far and away the top contender and, consequently, got my business.
