I hired someone else to refinish my hardwoods, but after 2 days on the job I realized the helpers did not have the right equipment nor the expertise to do a proper job. They were making a huge mess and ruining my floors. I was desperate to find a company that could remedy the situation. I found Prospect Hardwood Flooring online. Great reviews and close proximity made me decide to call them - best decision I have ever made! I contacted them via email and Jodi called me back immediately. That afternoon Mike came over to assess my floors and give me an estimate to do the work. He assured me everything would be okay, and it was better than okay. His crew came in a few days later with the right equipment and know-how. They started from scratch sanding over the mess the other guys left, replacing damaged floor boards, working in tandem to stain and polyurethane the floors to avoid streaking like the other guys left. They were fast and efficient, very polite, and cleaned up well. Jodi called me at least twice a day checking on the progress and seeing if i had any questions. After the job was finished, Mike came to inspect the job and give me tips about hardwood care. Anyone looking to have hardwood floor work done would be wise to call Prospect Hardwood Flooring. Their pricing is very reasonable, the quality of their work superb, and their customer service and professionalism exceptional. I now love my floors!
