An outstanding company to work with. They provide great value for the money. Workers were very polite and were in perpetual motion on the job. No wasted time. They always arrived on time and stayed as long as necessary to complete the plan for the day. Jodi, their office manager, kept in daily contact with us and provided daily updates on the next day's plan. Both Mike and Jodi provided outstanding customer service in all aspects of the job. The end result was outstanding workmanship in installing wood floors throughout four rooms of our first floor. Also included was refinishing the wood stairs, newels and rails of our stairway leading to the second floor. The entire project was completed in the time promised. Needless to say, we are extremely satisfied customers.

Prospect hardwood installed prefinished wood and refinished our existing hardwood. Their work is excellent and weÂ’re thrilled with the results. They were able to start our (large) project immediately and completed it on time. Their prices are fair and the customer service is exceptional. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to refinish or install hardwood floors.
