The entire team at Prospect were great. They worked with our schedule to install our floors. I was bad about returning phone calls and had to bump our schedule back a little. No problem for them. Everyone was very kind on the phone and in person. Their installation crew did a great job installing the floors and cleaning up. Our only disappointment is having to put our furniture back in place. The floors look so good we wish we could just leave the rooms empty and admire the floors.

Prospect Hardwood Floors did a fantastic job with refinishing and staining the old hardwood floors in our recently purchased home. We love the new color and look of the floors. The grain really pops now compared to how the floors used to look. The customer service is also great. We had a minor issue with the moulding leaving gaps over the air vents that were not present before the job. Prospect came out immediately and fixed it.

They kept me in the loop, completion schedule was what was quoted, did a great job and the ladies from the company followed it up with paperwork on how to care for the floor - what to use and what not to

Prospect refinished the existing hardwood floors in our house while we were out of town and did an excellent job. From the time Mike came to give us an estimate until Polly gave us the care instructions when the project was complete, they were exceptionally professional and accommodating. The crew that did the work went above and beyond in getting the project done to our satisfaction. I can’t stress enough how happy we are with our floors and with how pleasant this company made what could have been a very stressful home improvement project.

Mike & Jodie provided prompt, courteous, and professional customer service throughout. Mike provided us with an excellent estimate for refinishing our hardwood floors, and was patient when decided to add on to the original work and had to delay starting the work. When we told him we were ready, he had a crew start the work right away. The crew did a great job with the floors, so we were very pleased with the final product. Jodie followed up to make sure we understood the process and were satisfied, which were were. I would highly recommend this company for any hardwood flooring work one may need. In fact, we are working with Mike on an estimate for flooring work as another one of our properties.

I received advance notice of time of installation as well as an update. Installers arrived on time and fully equipped. The floor looks great - no issues.

From start to finish the process was seamless. Communication was great. Installers were courteous, timely and professional. They were a very hardworking crew! Existing hardwood was matched and new hardwood was installed in several rooms and stairs. All wood was stained to match. It turned out so nice. We love it! Highly recommend!
