They were super clean and considerate (even asked me if it was OK if they played music). They worked late to ensure the job was done in the time promised. Our company representative, was excellent. He was responsive, friendly and patient. His knowledge about hardwood flooring and the refinishing process was thorough and extremely helpful. The installation team was top notch. They were on time every day and worked steadily and surely all day and even into the evening if needed to stay on schedule. This was a big job (6 rooms, a foyer, stairs and a powder room) but the crew completed it within the projected time schedule. The floors are absolutely beautiful. We are recommending your company to all our friends. Outstanding work!

Mike was timely and professional. No hard sell here. He even suggested if I did want to save money, my existing flooring could probably have a good match for what I wanted to achieve. I highly recommend. Also, Jodi in their office was a absolute joy to work with.
