The project went really, really well and we couldn’t be happier with the reps from the company (Mike and Jodi who kept us informed throughout the project) to the skilled craftsmen who came into our home to complete the work. They moved furniture, kept the environment clean, were mindful of other areas of our home they had to move through and did a phenomenal job! The hardwood floors look great! We wish that every project went as flawlessly as this one! Thanks for recommending this company!

Very fast professional. Spoke to Mike Blot on Sunday, he even came that same day to my house. After me knowing what I want and we both were on the same page they were hired. Started on Tue finished on Thu.Jodi was amazing too. Just saw a negative review amd decided to write one too. They did one amazing job is all I cam say.

Dear Home Advisor, This is my second review of Prospect Hardwood Flooring. I submitted the first one yesterday (10 /30/20). After reconsidering what occurred overnight, I have decided to submit a revised or second review. The initial review was written in anger and confusion because the incident had just occurred less than an hour prior to the review. Additionally, the ratings provided in that review were higher because I also considered the customer service provided by Office Manager, Jodi L., whose assistance throughout the ordeal was great, compassionate, and understanding, as opposed to, Mike Blot, whose conduct and behavior were abusive, irrational, extremely unprofessional considering what our complaints were about the finished product and workmanship. Additionally, the team that performed the project did not honor the terms of the contract. We are now considering all recourse to get a resolution to this issue.
