The workers did an excellent job, they know what they're doing. They were also very respectful, professional, and careful.

The work was completed in half the time quoted. The installers were meticulous and asked our preferences as they went along. We even got a wood cleaning kit and advice that will save us from ruining our floor in the future.

We had carpet on 3 rooms and 2 flights of stairs replaced with wood flooring. The workman were efficient and tireless. They knew what to do and did it right. The new floors are beautiful, and the stairways are beyond our expectations. We heartily recommend this company for the installation of wood flooring.

Mike, our salesman was spot on with excellent recommendations. The workers were all very professional, the floors were installed in the timeframe as we planned and the cost was reasonable. I would definitely recommend them to remove and install hardwood floors!

Prospect did a great job! We had them add new hardwood floor into our living room and sand and stain the floor in our kitchen, and they made the new wood and old look almost seamless! The crew was very nice and very efficient, they got the wood floor in very quickly. They were also much cheaper than their competitors and we were afraid that would mean cheaper quality, but we were definitely wrong! The quality of the floors is great and they've stood up to the wear and tear of our cat, a leaky fridge, and moving heavy furniture around.... great company!

Quote was 1/2 of competitors. Great experience with the management and crews. Jodi would give me daily calls to let me know the crews arrival time and follow up on their work. The crews were polite, profesional and extremely efficient and fast. Minor issues on final day (fly landed on poly finish) and they came back to fix. Superb experience and love my new finish!

I got a call the same day I put in for flooring experts and had an appointment the next morning. Work. Was started tow days later and took only a couple of days. I replaced hardwood floors in a hallway and three rooms. Everyone I dealt with at Prospect was terrific from Jodi who made the appointment, Mike who gave us the estimate and came by to see how things were going, and the two guys who did the job. I would highly recommend Prospect hardwood flooring!!

Prospect also installed new wood floors in a portion of our home. They did an amazing job of matching the new and refinished wood to existing wood floors in the house. The crew was very professional and courteous. Prospect was in constant communication with us regarding the progress of our projects. When we hit a small hurdle, they explained the various options and costs associated with them. When completed they gave a very good instructions on cleaning and maintenance of the floors. They also finished a day early! I would highly recommend them.
