I searched for months for the right installer and wood and had about a dozen quotes. Mike made the perfect recommendation at the right price and was very professional throughout the process. He made the process very easy for me and had a very professional crew that did a fantastic job on my floor. I definitely recommend.

They gave us the best quote and the wood floors look beautiful. There was only one small problem with part of our carpet unravelling on the stairs near where they attached the wood trim but otherwise looks perfect.

Prospect was extremely responsive. They provided a quick estimate and start date. They started when they said they would; finished when they said they would. They cleaned up after the work. Our floors look beautiful. We couldn't be happier and plan to use them for another project. After bad experiences in the past, we can say unequivocally, this was a great experience.

I had received quotes from other vendors and Prospect gave me the most reasonable quote. I had researched and inquired about their quality of work and found nothing but excellent reviews. Their representatives were extremely well informed, knowledable, patient with my questions, and above all -- fair. The work was completed on schedule and the wood floors look beautiful. I already have asked for an estimate for more work to be done!!

The wood installation went very well. However, the job was to match existing adjacent wood floor as closely as possible. The sales rep brought samples to select a color, but the workers may no attempt to put in on lightly enough to match the existing wood. They ended up sanding it down and starting over.

Prospect did an excellent job installing hardwood on our entire first floor. The team was polite, professional, and extremely hardworking. Start and end timing of the project was exactly as promised. I would highly recommend Mike and his team.

Mike was fantastic and he and his team exceeded our expectations in every way. We love our floors and will do business with this company again. As a matter of fact we hiring them to do the basement now.

Mike is really awesome and his crew did a great job sanding, staining, and refinishing our HW floors. His crew came in and WORKED - in before 8AM, left after 7PM (house was unoccupied). They met all timelines, and Mike is a pleasure to work with. Highly recommend.
