Ver professional organization; fully briefed me before, during, and afterr project completion; installers were very professional and did not leave until the job was completed; supervisor checked on progress and conducted an after-installaton inspection; just an all around great experience; would highly recommend them in the future.

I talked to several flooring experts. The reason I chose Prospect was because they could do it all for a reasonable price. Some charged an arm and a leg to do the railing so it matched the floors, others wanted me to pick up the wood and have it delivered. Mike did the estimate and he was very friendly and knowledgable. Jodi coordinated the work and she we was really on her game. The men who did the work were on time (early actually which is good for this area) and did a really good job. I love my new floors!

I highly recommend this company. Mike was terrific, answering hundreds of questions for me, and thoroughly explained the process. The crew was on time, professional, and did an excellent job. We had some floors refinished, and also installed new hardwood. Everything looks excellent. Very competitive pricing as well!

Prospect runs a first rate business. Working with mike was a pleasure. He was knowledgable of my requirements and attentive to the details of the work to be done. His crew were on time and worked nonstop till the project was completed. My refinished floors look like newly installed floors. First rate quality service and people to work with. I would not hesitate to call them for future jobs. A welcome change in todays world of unreliable workmanship and business practices. Six star rating if it were possible.
