I was very happy with the entire experience. They provided a thorough, written estimate; performed a color test so I could select the color and finish; and completed the job when it was convenient for me -I did not have to work around their schedule or wait weeks and weeks. Great job!

The company arrived on time and did wonderful job of refinishing my floors. Spots that I thought would not come up did in fact disappear. Estimate was easy, no price changes, and thoroughly satisfied with the job.

This company is dependable, and did an excellent job on refinishing my hardwood floors. They came on time, were very respectful of my property, and did an excellent job . It was a stress- free home improvement project. They did not ask for a deposit and made sure I was happy with the job before payment.

Mike was very professional. He came to the house at the agreed upon time. He explained the refinishing process and gave me an estimate on the spot. There were no surprises when it was time to pay them. When the work began he called every afternoon to let us know what time to expect the work staff the next morning. The workers were very professional. They were efficient and cleaned up after themselves. I would definitely use this company again.

Perhaps it's the stain we selected but the floors turned out nice but extremely dull with absolutely no shine. Called to discuss but no one returned my call nor provided receipt as promised
Response from Company:
The customer elected a semi gloss waterbase urethane, which does not have the same sheen as the prefinished coating original to their floors, this was explained to the customer at the time of the estimate. The receipt was left on the front door as instructed. Our office never received a voice mail from the customer to discuss their concerns.
