I have decided that in all the 30 years of being a homeowner, this is the best company I have ever hired. The work was outstanding, the crew nice, friendly and went above and beyond their duties, but the customer service was beyond excellent.They called and checked in at least twice a day to keep me updated on what was happening, going to happen, and ask how things were going. All my concerns were met. Always remember, what you pay for is what you get!

We were in a bind needing to get hardwood in a bedroom to replace old carpeting in a time-sensitive matter. Checked the big box stores first, and they could not reassure us it would be done in time. We have a family member coming to stay for an extended visit who is allergic. Mike met us at the house on a Wednesday evening to measure and the wood was delivered and installed that Saturday. Just a couple of days wait! (We had chosen "in stock"- Bruce Gunstock strlps so there was no delay either for scheduling the estimate, or ordering the materials). After installation, we didn't even find any "fix it" spots. Understand that we did not have to take any time off work at all for this project. Also, a shout-out to the office folks who reached out and followed up with us throughout the process. Great job, all. We were glad we "shopped local".
