They were amazing! They showed up early, the work they did was outstanding and they cleaned everything before they left. It was the best I could have asked for. I will use them again in the future when I do my upstairs flooring! Mike came out a few times and answered all my questions and the crew was so friendly! I couldn't have asked for a better team!

Overall, very impressed with the work they did on floors. Despite being only 10+ years old, the floors needed some TLC which Prospect delivered. The interaction with Mike and Jodi were great, they were flexible with our schedule, and I would without a doubt, recommend them to anyone else needing an overhaul on their hardwood floors. While the floors came out looking fantastic, they did mange to get stain on 3 of my doorknobs (yes doorknobs) which at the moment, I have not been able to get off and when replacing the shoe molding, they damaged a piece of the baseboard. If I can remove the stain on the knobs, then no harm no foul otherwise its a bit of an unfortunate mishap in my opinion. I will state that our in Lovettsville, VA, there are not a lot of options for us. We contacted 4 contractors and ultimately only received quotes from Prospect and one other. For what was done on our floors, well worth they money!
