One word AWESOME. Done right the first time. Both a supervisor and the owner followed up to QA the work making sure me and my wife were completely satisfied.

From start to finish the everyone that I dealt with were very professional and helpful. I had my floors refinished and no matter what I asked about the process from Mike, that gave me my estimate, the techs., that were always on time, and Jodi that coordinated everything. They answered all of my questions in a both professional and very friendly way without hesitation. I have never worked with a company that pleased me as much as they Prospect has. I would HIGHLY recommend Prospect Hardwood Flooring!! I sincerely thank you all.

They were very helpful and compassionate to the bad experience I had already had with another company. The price was well under what I expected to pay to fix someone else's bad job. They completed the job quickly and efficiently. My only issue was the office and the crew didn't communicate well, as I was being told different things by each. Mike was able to alleviate my fears and was very knowledgable and always on top of everything.

I am very happy with the result, my old worn hardwood floor look new! The cost is reasonable, the staff are professional, prompt, courteous. They are very accommodating, too. I had some heavy furniture that they moved out and back in, some of their staff (Gustavo & Luis) even had to come at night just to help move those furniture because the impending bad weather. Mike is very friendly and Jodi kept me inform of what is to happen and very friendly & accommodating as well. I still have some rooms in my house that need refinishing and will definitely hire them again.

Mike, the one who gave the estimate was on time, very friendly and knowledgeable. The technicians were prompt and professional. There was one very small issue and Mike had it taken care of immediately.

This company was professional, knowledgeable, and wonderful to work with from start to finish. Mike helped us figure out what kind of flooring we could get in a difficult area of our house. Jodi coordinated everything, from the materials delivery to daily updates and check-ins during installation. The installation crews were -fantastic-. Hard working, polite, and they literally polished themselves out the front door when they were done- buffing on their hands and knees from the back corner of the house to the front and stepping outside when they were done. This was the easiest, best home improvement experience I've ever had. I cannot recommend this company highly enough. They were even the lowest estimate we received, and were a great value for the money. If you need your wood floors worked on, these are without a doubt the people you want doing the work!

High quality work, done on time as promised and at a reasonable price... a price close to what the average is reported to be but half that of several large firms that bid on our wood floor restoration project. .

The floor refinish turned out even better than I expected. Mike, Jodi and Gustavo were a complete joy to work with. Very professional and answered every question I asked. I highly recommend Prospect Flooring.

Superb job with the minimum of time

We were going to go with a local,independent contractor but after my wife spent some time with Mike she was convinced this was the way to go. The communication was excellent from all involved and Mike followed up with a post vist to ensure we were happy. He also explained that should we have any issues moving forward, they were a phone call away. The work itself is as good as we could have hoped, no isssue whatsoever. Their price was competitive, they worked dilegently and they stand behind it. Not sure why yoiu'd chance it with anyone else. Thanks guys.
