Prospect Hardwood did a good job. Project manager Mike Blot did a great job of explaining everything, all questions were answered, and both he and Jodi in the office kept me informed/updated on daily basis. Project was completed before the promised deadline. Had hardwood flooring in kitchen/family room area sanded and restained, and hardwood installed on basement and bedroom levels.

Prospect Hardwood Flooring did a great job for us. Mike Blot, and all in their company, were very professional, and thorough, and everything went according to schedule. We had the floor in our kitchen removed and hard wood flooring put in. I even recommended this company to a friend and would recommend the to any one. Great job .

They were extremely timely and they were so confident and our floors look amazing. The only reason for not giving 5 stars is I was told they would finish the thresholds and they were not finished. Otherwise they were amazing and my floors were gorgeous.

Thank you Mike Blot & Prospect Hardwood Flooring. This company is beyond belief. The customer service truly is unbelievable! They contacted us daily, as the staff worked in my home. The quality of the work is incredible. My floors are amazing and honestly look better than they did when we bought the house from an excellent builder Craftmark. The customer service didn't stop with finishing the job, Mike inspected the work and gave invaluable maintenance advice. Listen, I can't express the satisfaction and gratitude we have for this company and with their work. Highly, highly recommend!!

Wood Flooring Installed We had hardwood floors installed in our living room, dining area, hall and two sets of stairs - 6 stairs each. We were very happy with the installation. The professionalism and help of Mr. Mike Blot was exceptional and the crew was very nice... They cleaned up after the installation and did a fine job with everything. Highly recommended.
