First.. I never do reviews. However, Mike and his team were exceptional in every way. From first contact to the job being completed took one and a half weeks. Mike bent over backwards to work with my schedule for everything from the initial quote though the work on the floors being completed. My hardwood floors had been sad shape with sun fading and damage to the finish since I first moved into the house, and now, I can honestly say they are better than new. I only wish I would have had the floors done sooner. Mike and the team will get my best possible recommendation to all my neighbors and anyone else who might need wood flooring services in the future. Highly recommended !!

Everything about our experience shows that this organization is totally professional. They are excellent in communicating with us: this includes scheduling the craftsmen and monitoring the process. Our reasons for engaging this company began when the manager did not try to oversell the scope of the work. The craftsmen were courteous and totally professional. At the end of day one, we did have a minor issue. This was completely resolved the following day. We definitely recommend this company.

Great company to deal with and outstandingly beautiful floor refinishing. Very good communication throughout process, very reasonable cost with spectacular results. Work crews were very friendly and helpful. I could not recommend Prospect Hardwood more highly.

They were reckless while at my home. They broke a light fixture and tore up some laminate that was not supposed to be pulled up.
Response from Company:
The laminate mentioned by the Customer was actually a vinyl flooring, which needed to be removed prior to installing the new flooring contracted. We were told after the fact the Customer wanted the original flooring to remain in the small hallway. We offered to replace this area with brand new vinyl flooring, at our expense, however, the Customer declined. The Customer stated this area of flooring we removed, had to be removed prior to her tile install that was going in the small hallway area. Essentially, the Customer has saved the labor expense to remove the existing vinyl from the small hallway, from her tile contractor. In the end, we reduced the price for any inconvenience this may have caused the Customer. As for the broken light fixture, we were never informed during the final walk through and inspection.
