This company was great to work with. It was the first time I had wood floors refinished, and Jodi ( I donâ t know her last name ) was always available to answer any questions I had. The crew she sent were professional and the floors look great.

I have used Prospect Hardwood Flooring twice now for two home sales and they sanded, stained and refinished my hardwood flooring beautifully. The floors were were a major selling feature and the quality of the workmanship is outstanding. Mike and Jodi are so easy to work with and the crew showed up on time and completed the work timely. I don't always take the time to write reviews, but I know I needed to compliment the great work. I highly recommend them if you are considering repairing and updating your hardwood floors. Worth it!

Great workers

Very rarely have I come across such a professional and fantastic company. Jodi was so communicative, timely, and incredibly clear on what to expect through the entire process. The guys that came to refinish my floors were patient helping me pick out the perfect color and left the place clean when done. Plus the price was much lower than other companies that quoted. Canâ t recommend this company enough!

They are an excellent company with reasonable pricing, and are in communication from start to finish. Their salesman is professional and really knows his stuff. The lady at the front office is responsive and also is always aware of what is going on in all the projects. They have a lot of crews so once you get on the schedule they can book you quickly. They so a beautiful job. Thank you for such an easy experience.

Very punctual!! Arrived and began work immediately...

Prospect was one of three quotes I got for stripping and refinishing our downstairs floors and also replacing LVT flooring in one room with a concrete subfloor. They were on time, gave a quote on the spot (pretty standard job) and weâ re incredibly responsive through the process. Prospect sent someone to our house a week out (on our schedule) to do a test spot of stripping and staining with various tones of stain. We asked them to come out again to make sure the one we liked looked good in a slightly larger sample, and they were happy to make sure it worked for us. The work itself was scheduled based on our calendar - specifically when weâ d be away for a week. They arranged a lockbox for the key, and did the work over 3 days. Each day I got a call from Prospectâ s office to tell me the progress that had been completed and the plan for the rest of the project. We got home to work that was done impeccably. We LOVE our â newâ floors. The LVT work was equally excellent. I cannot say enough about our experience with Prospect Flooring - weâ ve had plenty of work done in our home, and nothing was this easy and well-coordinated. Not to mention the EXCEPTIONAL communication.
