"My husband and I hired this contractor to remove 15 year old wrought iron railings at the front and back of my home. The existing railings were set in concrete and had begun to rust. Where the railings were set into the concrete, the concrete had begun to crack and break off. Dave's crew removed the old railings and installed new vinyl railings and posts in a different location (other than the concrete) which look absolutely wonderful. They made repairs to the concrete where the old railings and been. The retaining wall can now be repainted and you would have a hard time identifying where those repairs were made! Dave's crew also installed temporary steps at my back door and repaired/replaced vinyl siding on the back of my home where we had previously had a wooden deck removed in anticipation of having a patio installed instead. Everyone was courteous and professional and did a quality job. Dave explained how the repairs would take place, and made suggestions on what he thought would be the best way to proceed with the repairs. Price was reasonable. Yes, I would definitely use this contractor again."
