Good company to work with. Workmanship was very good and the installers were polite and worked quickly. No fooling around. I recommended Prospect to my neighbor, who will use the company to install a new kitchen floor and refinis existing wooden floors.

The sales rep that came to the house was very professional. He mentioned that the floors would take about 4-6 hours. Unfortunately, the guys arrived at 8:30am and they didn't finish until about 9pm that night. Other then that the floors look great and they were done in one day.

No follow up after refinishing. "Ultra Gloss" turned out to be semi-gloss at best. After the payment processed Mike Block never checked to see if the work was satisfactory. The floor looks better, but it isn't what I'd hoped for.
