PROMPT , PROFESSIONAL, CLEANED UP THEIR WORK WELL, THIS WAS A MESSY JOB. VERY SATISFIED.
I HAD FOUR COMPANIES COME AND TRY TO FIX THIS PROBLEM FOR THE LAST TEN YEARS. COMPANY CAME IN, FOUND THE LEAK, SAID HE COULD NOT REPAIR THE WALL ITSELF. I WAS TOTALLY IMPRESSED AND EXCELLENT WORK.

THEY WERE VERY NICE PEOPLE TO WORK WITH. THEY DIDN'T TRY TO TAKE ME, AND THEY SEEMED TO BE VERY HONEST IN THEIR PRESENTATION AND INSPECTION. THE COST SEEMED VERY REASONABLE FOR THE AMOUNT OF WORK THAT THEY DID. I WAS IMPRESSED WITH THE ENTIRE EXPERIENCE. IT ONLY TOOK HALF A DAY, AND THERE WAS NO MESS. THEY ALSO GAVE ME HELPFUL ADVICE FOR THE FUTURE.
Two piers installed to secure/level an addition that was built on marine clay. Work was done quickly and satisfactory. Had some initial scheduling problems, they rescheduled several times otherwise all went pretty well.

IT LOOKS NICE AND SO FAR IT HAS FUNCTIONED WELL.
We've hired JES but they won't actually do the job until 11/28/03. However, the above rating is just for my dealing with them up to this point. Please contact me again after 11/28/03 so I can finish this survey.
JES changed the date of our installation and it took me 3 calls to confirm the new date. I could not get them to confirm the time that the work would begin, they just said it would be all day. The crew showed up at 10:30 AM. They were very nice. JES never informed me that I would need to get a new sink for my washer and that they would not put back the washer and dryer after they completed installing the sump pump. I now have to go get a new sink and find someone to remove the old one as well as reconnect my washer and dryer. Had I known that I needed to do these things, I would have planned accordingly. I only smiled when one of the workmen told me that I would have an easier time removing the old sink if I broke it in to pieces with a sledge hammer. I don't own a sledge hammer. I have confidence that the sump pump was properly installed, I'm not at all pleased with the mess I need to resolve now that it is in place.
