We refinished the basement and added a bedroom to a house we were rehabbing to resell.  In order to comply with building code, the bedroom had to have an egress window.  After getting several bids which were all similar in price, I selected Indiana Foundation to do the work since I had used them previously for foundation and basement waterproofing work.  They did an excellent job and when we had a problem with the City of Carmel building inspector, they came back out to make changes to make the inspector happy.  I appreciated their willingness to stand behind their work and to work with me to resolve the problems we encountered.  I would use them again in a heartbeat and definitely recommend them to others wanting an egress window installed.

They owner came out and gave me an estimate.  Three workers came out and they actually arrived early.  They did the work quickly and it looked great when they were finished.  They even came back a second time to check and make sure I liked how it looked.  They were so professional and wouldn't hesitate to hire them again.

They were easy to work with; they came in a timely manner. We have no major complaints with them.

The men who made the repairs found it necessary to access the crawl space and defective foundation by coming in the front door of the house and entering the crawl space through the basement.  They were very courteous.  a strong impervious plastic shield was placed on the flooring that led to the basement. The men wore shoe covers to help protect the flooring, also.  All foundation repair materials (cement, rebar, builders bricks, steam treated wood beams, etc.), plus all the waterproofing material were carried in the house and down to the basement without damaging any carpeting, flooring or walls.  The repairs and revisions took about 3  hours to accomplish. These men were punctual and correctly estimated the time involved for the repairs. The manner in which the repairs were described to me made sense and were easily understood.  The person who initially sold the repairs and revisions to me was not demanding or pushy.  He was just matter of fact and his estimate for the job matched the actual cost. 

On time, clean and professional.

The workers did everything we asked of them and then some. Make sure you get a guarantee in writing. We did and they honored it more than once.

We have an older home and after many years noticed a little water in our finished basement. We determined the water was coming through the cement block foundation. We called Indiana Foundation and scheduled an appointment. They came out and assessed our situation and, thank goodness, the problem was not as bad as we feared. While we only had an issue along one wall, we went ahead and had them install the Waterguard System all the way around the perimeter of the inside of the basement. (We were afraid they would have to dig all around the outside of the house.) They were professional and thorough. It was a two day job and they were extremely neat with their work. We are having them come back again to secure a basement wall that has shifted about 1/4" over the years. This will ensure it doesn't move anymore. With a 25 year guarantee on their work, we felt we couldn't go wrong. If you have any doubts about your basement, water issues, cracks or leaning walls, do be sure to call Indiana Foundation.
