There were 2 months between sales and install, which I thought was a little long but they showed up when they said they would and were on time. They worked diligently and professionally for three days. When they finished, both crawl spaces looked very clean and did everything they said they would do. I could not have asked for a better install and would use their services again.

April 3 was the day it poured rain all day. Water was coming into a utility room in our lower level. We had this problem in the same room back in 2010. Indiana Foundation came out in 2010 and did work ( $985) to seal the walls and install new drainage pipes on the outside of the house wall to feed into a pipe underground. This stopped the problem until 4/3/14. I called them and they were very busy with other calls as we had 3 - 4 inches of rain that day. They called me back twice to assure me they would try and have one of their crews get to my house that day, and they did. The crew fixed the problem as we have had rain since that day and the room is totally dry. They did not charge me anything for the service call as they said their original work has a 20 year guarantee. I was really impressed with their concern for the problem and the willingness to respond the same day. I definitely appreciated it.

Overall- excellent. Jack hammers were quite loud but was expected. The crew showed up earlier than I'd expect but they called first. Good steady workers, friendly; because I was interested in the process they answered everything I asked.

Project went extremely well. I worked with Keith and Angelo was the foreman. I was very impressed with everyone I spoke to and Indiana Foundation Service and I would highly recommend them to anyone.

They did work for us in our basement, and they did a good job. Their price was good, I had shopped around a little bit, and they weren't the cheapest, but they were in line with everybody, and I found their quality of service was good. They came out the same day for whatever I needed.

Initial contact was a phone call, with a subsequent email from the company with info regarding their rep, their services and a confirmation of the appointment. The rep was on time, made a full inspection of the problem, gave me an estimate and made an appointment for the work to be done. Very respectful, efficient and the problem was corrected.
