THEY DID AN EXCELLENT JOB OF INSTALLING THE SUMP DRAIN LINE. THE CLEAN UP WAS NOT BAD, BUT NOT REAL GOOD EITHER. OVERALL, I WAS VERY PLEASED.

BEST TO HAVE DONE IN THE WINTER, RIGHT BEFORE SPRING. THEY SENT US A LETTER AFTER OUR ESTIMATE, AND SAID IF WE HAD IT SCHEDULED TO BE DONE BEFORE A CERTAIN DATE, WE COULD RECEIVE AN ADDITIONAL 10% OFF (DUE TO IT BEING THEIR SLOW SEASON).

ALTHOUGH THEY BROKE THE WATER MAIN LEADING INTO THE HOUSE, IT WAS DUE TO MISS UTILITY FROM THE WATER COMPANY COMING A DAY LATE; THE WATER COMPANY ADMITTED THIS OMISSION. INDIANA FOUNDATION IMMEDIATELY FIXED THE PROBLEM AND VOLUNTEERED TO PAY FOR A PLUMBER OF OUR CHOICE TO REPAIR THE MUD CLOGGING THAT RESULTED. WE RECEIVED REIMBURSEMENT FOR THE PLUMBER WITHIN 72 HOURS. WE WERE VERY PLEASED WITH THE WAY THIS WAS HANDLED. CALL THE SALESMAN WHO GAVE YOU THE RECOMMENDATIONS AND BID IF YOU RUN INTO ANY PROBLEMS. HE MAKES THINGS HAPPEN. WE CANNOT COMMENT ON THE PRICE BECAUSE WE DID NOT GET COMPARATIVE BIDS AND HAD NEVER HAD EXPERIENCE WITH THIS TYPE OF SERVICE BEFORE.

JACKHAMMERS IN BASEMENT MAKE HUGE DUST. PLAN FOR IT! PLASTIC HELD DOWN ON FINISHED WOOD TO PROTECT CARPETS/FLOOR FROM TRACKING DIRT/DUST HELD WITH DUCT TAPE WHICH RUINED WOOD FINISH SEALER. NEW CONCRETE NOT FAIRED IN WELL.

JES has a new technology that saved us about $30,000 over helical piers (our foundation had dropped due to marine clay). They were extremely courteous, honest about extra work we didn't need, and really fast. They even invited us down to watch when they jacked up the wall. We've recommended them to our neighbors already, and will continue to do so. You need one more column in your ratings: excellent.
