She gave us a discount. I thought it was a little expensive. It took them about six hours. They put three supports. Things went well, they were very clean and cleaned up after themselves. Their workmanship was very good I thought. For what they did it kind of expensive. When they left, everything was fine. The supports were kind of small, they weren't as big as they should have been. I probably wouldn't use them again.

Well, I was pretty satisfied everything except when they left. They left my yard with a big mess. They told me that everything was taken care off but they sent somebody out month or two later and he did the cleaning but its still not very good. I'm not so sure I would recommend them. I know they broke my water line and I wasn't really happy about that but I know that happens and they tried to fix it. I have no guarantee that it won't start leaking. I guess they did a good job. I don't know about this leaking. I really don't know about this. Let's see in a month or two. I hope I won't have a lot of water in my basement. I thought it was pretty expensive but I don'e know what the normal would be.

On 2/20/15 I contacted [Member name removed] to discuss the issues that we had on his project in response to his Angie's list review. We Had an issue with a specified item that was incorrectly added into the data base of our computer generated proposal. [Member name removed] project happened to be one of those projects that fell in the gap between us finding the issue and getting it corrected. We didn't have the incorrectly specified and very rarely installed product in stock so we had to order it to meet the proposed scope of work with no additional costs to [Member name removed]. I want to take the time to acknowledge [Member name removed] for informing us of this issue and taking the time to speak with me today. [Member name removed] has agreed that we have rectified the issue and we each look forward to a long term relationship in maintaining the well being of the structure of his home. I will take this info to our weekly meeting on Monday and share [Member name removed] thoughts with our entire IFS family. Jeff Russell

JES performance in executing the job is very professional and quality of services is outstanding, that exceeds our expectation. From the initial inspection by JES REP Chris Yi, the work package was carefully presented and explained, which was very easy to understand. The work site supervisor Amador explained the details of worked done, very professional to deal with, and true to his words. Three weeks after the work done, Chris came back and follow up to fine out if things are working properly to our satisfaction and verify if all the warranty documentations received by us. I will highly recommend JES of VA Beach to my Friends and our neighbors who wishes similar repair, or Waterproofing job.
