Reviews
Write a ReviewExcellent in all respects. Outstanding work. Clear explanation, timely, professional and personable.
this company is wonderful !! very nice, work very hard and clean up everything. when they were fininshed you never knew they were here. no dust, no dirt and no more water in basement !! yea!! will always recommend to all. now we have a wonderful family room downstairs and are able to enjoy it. thank you indiana foundations!!
Indiana Foundation Service put a waterproofing system in our unfinished, 60 year old basement. They were very prompt and professional. I was particularly impressed by how clean the basement was when they were finished, considering they had to jackhammer up the concrete around the perimeter. I would definitely recommend them to others.
It went very well. There was an issue that came up during the installation, but they stuck around longer to make sure everything was right.
It worked out really well. Everything went well and I have not had any problem since the work was done. The cost of the service was pretty expensive. It was reasonable compared to everything else that I found. It was an expensive thing to do because I had to have two walls stripped. It was not cheap but they did a good job. I would absolutely use them again in the future.
It went well. Â Keith was on time. Â He was clearly very experienced and knowledgeable. Â He provided a free inspection and suggested a couple different solutions to the problem. Â He was very perceptive and understanding of my personal situation. Â He explained what he saw taking into consideration my level of understanding regarding foundations, home construction, etc. Â I felt like he could probably relate to people with different levels of understanding quite well. Â He recommended a good subcontractor for some additional work, made drawings for me, took notes, etc., so that I could refer to them later. Â He made sure that I understood what he was explaining to me. Â He did not try to sell me an expensive solution, and I felt like he was very honest.
So far everything is good
Both crews were extremely knowledgeable, polite, and professional in their work. These guys work hard and in a dusty environment. Breaking up concrete is no easy task. They had to break up 4-6inches of concrete, dig out some dirt, dig hole for sump pump liner, shave the house footer, pour pea gravel, install the water guard and pour new concrete over everything. Too make matters worst, they had to hand carry busted concrete and dirt in 5 gallon buckets from the basement to the outside. They had to do the same thing bringing concrete to the basement. They cleaned up the best that could be expected. My hat'soff to them.
Took 3 days to complete. 2 days estimated. Due to amount of work and tight space, 3 days was quite reasonable. Crews were good, worked like dogs and kept me informed as to what was going on. Would recommend. I did not get competitive quotes, so I don't know how their prices compare to others.
Original installation date was to be May 17. They called the morning of May 17 and said they did not have panel materials and had to reschedule. I had to rearrange my plans since I had another contractor scheduled to start the next week. Had a hard time rescheduling for the following week. I was able to talk to the manager after a couple tries and did get it rescheduled. The work was rescheduled for May 24 and was only to take 1 day. However, they had to come back Saturday since it took a little longer than expected. They finished up Saturday morning. The crack repairs and the panels looked good at the end. One of the workers said they don't do the panels a lot. Overall, I liked the end product. The schedule mishap was not the best experience. They did give a slight discount for the mishap.
