They gave us an estimate, reviewed the work done, took photos. All was done to ours and the buyer's satisfaction.

We had a Triple Safe sump pump installed in September 2017 as our home is in a very wet area. We had specified that the main line out needs to come to the top of a berm that surrounds our home to keep flooding away from the well and house. At the end of the installation, the line out was on the inside side of the berm meaning that all water pumped out of the system would just flood back into our yard. The installers stated the work order said 50’ and that was 50’ of pipe. I was unhappy about that, so my husband called to get the issue rectified and we were placed as a low priority. Fast forward a few days when we had a decent rain and the sump pump was working to keep our basement dry. Water was pouring out of the emergency line out which is only a few inches away from the foundation. We took a close look at the installation and figured out the system was plumbed backwards - the main pump went to the emergency line out and the emergency pump was plumbed to the main line out. We followed back up with IFS to address these issues immediately. IFS came out the next business day to correct the main line length and incorrectly plumbed pumps. The TripleSafe is a nice addition to our home, but the installation process and quality of the original work was lacking.

It went well. The repair was made as advertised. We did need a return visit as it seemed that the water was not clearing behind the patch as well as expected. They came back and made some adjustments. Everything is looking and performing well now. They were very responsive to our request for them to review the work

I initiated my concrete foundation repair project (installation of piers on the outside) around Mar 2017 with Indiana Foundation. On the 1st repair visit (May 17, 2017) the tech determined a different repair was needed; slab jacking on the concert floor on the inside. Second appointment rescheduled for July 25, 2017; 2 hours later-no show. Called the company and was told the equipment was broken. Third repair appointment is scheduled for Nov 24, 2017. This delayed to repair my concrete slab has greatly impacted my renovation project. Each time my appointment was rescheduled, I requested a callback if an earlier appointment became available; this never happen. I called Acculevel who completed the concrete slab repairs (internal piers, slab jacking and cracks) yesterday. I cancelled my appointment with Indiana Foundation and requested my down payment refund. I was told the refund request has to go to the corporate office first for approval. Refund may take several weeks.
