A team of 3 arrived on time and began work after looking over the situation briefly. The job was scheduled to take 2-3 days. However, they found my concrete very hard. After just using the jackhammer 1 day and getting very little done, they decided to bring in an air hammer the next day. It took 2 more days using that to finally get the trench dug. It was very noisy and very dusty work. The 4th day was spent refining the trench, laying in gravel and installing the piping system to the sump pump. At various times during the 4 days, other workers came to help out. Otherwise, the job wouldn't have gotten done when it did.

They are wonderful. They were a little expensive, but can't imagine anyone else could do it much lower. I had such confidence in their work. I would recommend them to anyone.

The work was top notch and completed in less than 2 days. They also have Engineers as Project Managers who explain the process and available options (and prices depending on scope). Highly recommended.

They did an excellent job. Within the last two months with all the rain and snow our basement is dry as a bone and we can use the room for what is was designed for. The next step will be to remodel the basement. They gave us 6 pages single spaced of references and I picked a few of the names and called them. One family lived up the street. I don't know how they rate on price because with such great references, I didn't shop around. It is worth the money to have a job well-done.

Keith was helpful and conscientious. Our foreman, Johnny, was not only competent technically, but he was outstanding in his desire to keep us informed and to do things in accordance with our wishes.
