EVERYTHING WENT VERY SMOOTHLY. HE WAS GOOD AT EXPLAINING WHAT HE WAS DOING AND WHAT I SHOULD EXPECT. HE ALSO TOOK THE TIME TO ANSWER SOME QUESTIONS ON DRAINAGE, WHICH WERE UNRELATED TO THE WORK THEY WERE DOING.

THEY DID AN EXCELLENT JOB IN EXPLAINING THE PROBLEMS, RECOMMENDING A SOLUTION AND DOING THE WORK. THE WORK WAS DONE IN JULY, '03 ($5800) AND I HAVE HAD NO WATER IN THE BASEMENT. I RECENTLY HAD THEM COME OUT TO CHECK THE SYSTEMS, THE TECHNICIAN WAS NOT HAPPY WITH SOME OF THE WORK DONE IN THE CRAWL SPACE BECAUSE HE FOUND A SMALL AMOUNT OF WATER AND REDID THAT AREA.

WHEN THEY PUT IN THE SUMP PUMP, THEY DIDN'T INSTALL THE DRAIN PIPE FAR ENOUGH AWAY FROM THE HOUSE, SO THE WATER JUST COMES RIGHT BACK TO THE BASEMENT. THEY SAID THEY WOULD COME BACK AND FIX IT, BUT THEY HAVEN'T YET. THEY ARE ALSO SUPPOSED TO COME BACK AND ADJUST THE ANCHORS, BUT THEY'VE ONLY COME BACK TO DO THAT ONCE. THEY DID A GOOD JOB WITH WHAT THEY DID, BUT I FEEL THEY HAVEN'T FINISHED THE JOB.

THEY SAID THEY WOULD NOT HAVE ANYONE ELSE AVAILABLE FOR SEVERAL DAYS. I SPENT 2 DAYS VACUUMING THE DUST UP, MOVING THE FURNITURE BACK, AND CLEANING THE WALLS. SEVERAL DAYS LATER, THEY SENT AN INSPECTOR. HE SAID THEY NEEDED TO EXTEND THE WATER GUARD SEVERAL MORE INCHES. WHEN HE SAW THEY HAD NOT REMOVED THE PANELING, STRIPS, OR CARPET AS PROMISED, HE SAID THEY WOULD REFUND SOME OF MY MONEY. I HAVE NOT YET RECEIVED ANY REFUND. BECAUSE OF THE DUST, I HAVE HAD TO MOVE OUT OF MY HOME, AND HAVE NOT BEEN ABLE TO LIVE THERE FOR 3 WEEKS. I HAD TO HIRE AN AIR-QUALITY ENGINEER TO TEST FOR MOLD. HE ALSO RECOMMENDED THAT THE STRIPS AND PANELING BE REMOVED. I ALSO HAVE TO PURCHASE A HEPA VACUUM, AND HAVE MY AIR DUCTS CLEANED. IF THIS COMPANY HAD BEEN HONEST WITH ME WHEN I ASKED IF THEY WERE EXPERTS, I WOULD NEVER HAVE HAD THEM DO THE WORK. IF THEY HAD TAKEN THE PROPER PRECAUTIONS, IT WOULD HAVE SAVED ME HUNDREDS OF DOLLARS.

JES steered us in the right direction upon surveying the work required on our house. We didn't need waterproofing...we actually need a landscaper. We are pleased.

  10. Identity Verification (Reverse Phone Lookup)
    We conduct a reverse business phone lookup to identify records matching the phone number information provided by the business.
