They were able to correct the concrete settlement eliminating trip points and areas where water was standing. This was an excellent alternative to replacing the concrete segments where the problem existed.

Good crew workers, but absolutely terrible communication from the office staff and supervisors! The guy who did the initial inspection and estimate didn’t describe the layout of our crawlspace to the crew correctly, so our 1-day job couldn’t be finished on Day 1 (and because the on-site crew couldn’t reach any supervisors to get guidance on how to proceed with a new plan since the original plan wasn’t right). So a 1-day job that started on July 20th didn’t get done until August 1st because they kept saying the crew was coming on a certain date/time but nobody would show up, so I’d contact the office again and they’d say the crew was coming but nobody would show up, and when the crew did finally get back here they had been told that we had removed a bush that was in the exact spot they needed to put a drain BUT NOBODY HAD MENTIONED REMOVING A BUSH TO US! And, once again, the crew couldn’t get in contact with the supervisor! When he did finally talk to a supervisor they asked him if we wanted to have the drain set up in a different way that would mean the job got done that same day BUT their warranty would be invalid!! UM NO are you serious?! Absolutely asinine way to do business, I am shocked that they still get customers at all! So yeah, nobody from the office had called after the first appointment went awry to explain the situation and what they would be doing to fix it, nobody called when we had complained of the lack of communication to explain what was going on, but you can be SURE they billed me immediately after the job was finally done! No delays or waiting around to hear from their billing department haha. We will take our business elsewhere next time we need work like this done, for sure.

WE ARE VERY DISAPPOINTED AND WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY. I chose them because of their great reviews and that was not our experience. Our initial problem of buckling floors was not fixed. The inspector, Josh, told us that he would be there for us every step of the way. We never saw him again. We called him once and he did respond and said he would probably be at our house on the second day of our work. He also told us to be present as we needed to give input on the foundation being raised. That did not happen. The first day of the work went smoothly and everything was explained to us. On the second day, the 2 workers showed up 1 1/2 hours after they said without their needed equipment. One worker left for three hours while one started working. When they were finished, I showed the worker that the initial problem had not been fixed. He said he did not know what the problem was. Then said our subfloors needed to be replaced. They do that but it would be another approximately $5,000. I called the company and complained. I spoke to a representative, Jacie, the next day. She said she understood and would talk to her managers. We are a week past when she said she would call us back. We have heard nothing, We cannot open or close our hallway doors correctly. Everyone who comes through our house is astounded at the money we paid to not have a problem fixed. I would not recommend this company - their communication and follow-through are poor.

Steven & Dillion weâ re very professional, on time, hard working, and answered all questions. I had massive flooding in my basement and they installed a gutter system with sump pump. I am now stress free and have made a great investment for my home. Hunter was the first contact I had at Indiana Foundation, he came out and gave me an estimate and helped set up installation and financing. This is a company I believe in and they work hard and deliver great product and services. Communications with this company was easy also. Before starting the project, one of the foremanâ s/supervisors named Josh came out and answered-all my follow up questions. He was awesome too! Other than having to wait 3 weeks before installation, which I understood, because they were busy. I would actually work for this company because they have all the quality, integrity, and hard workers to complete any job. Experience & integrity matter!!!! Praise the Lord!
