They came and got the job done. The basement had a foul smell to it and the humidifier and work they did has made a difference. I don't smell the musty smell anymore.

BEAMS HAD SETTLED. REPAIRED FOUNDATION. DUG OUT CRAWL SPACE. CLEANED UP ALL THEIR MESS. PUNCTUAL. THEY WERE THERE UNTIL JOB WAS DONE. VERY GOOD.

The technician who responded to my home was very courteous. Although he told me that his company did not perform the type of service that I needed, he went into the crawlspace and advised me of what type of company might perform this service. If I need the type of services that his company performs I will definitely consider his company. Thank you for this recommendation.

KEITH TINSMAN CAME OUT TO QUOTE SERVICE; VERY POLITE AND KNOWLEDGEABLE. FERNANDO WAS EXCELLENT CREW LEADER; ON-TIME, HARD WORKING CREW KEPT HOME AS CLEAN AS POSSIBLE WHILE USING ELECTRIC JACK HAMMERS TO REMOVE 72 LINEAR FEET OF EXISTING CONCRETE FLOOR TO INSTALL WATERPROOFING SYSTEM ALONG PERIMETER. WORK COMPLETED WITHIN 1.5 DAYS. PRODUCT SUPERIOR TO THAT OF A COMPETITOR WHO ALSO QUOTED THIS JOB, YET INDIANA FOUNDATION HAD SLIGHTLY LOWER PRICE. WOULD DEFINITELY USE AGAIN. EXCELLENT COMPANY.

WORK COMPLETED LEAVING NO MESS, IN AND OUT THE SAME DAY, NO LONGER HAVE LEAKAGE. STAYED ON TASK AND QUITE PROFESSIONAL. QUALITY WORK AND COMPLETED AS STATED IN THE CONTRACT. WAITING FOR A LOT OF RAIN TO SEE IF PROBLEM IS SOLVED.

IF I WAS LOOKING FOR EFFORT, THIS COMPANY WOULD GET AN A. THEY CALLED IN THEIR MOST EXPERIENCED PEOPLE AND WERE AT THE JOB SITE SIX TIMES. I DON'T SEE HOW THEY MADE ANY MONEY. HOWEVER, I WAS LOOKING FOR RESULTS, NOT THE RESULTS I GOT. THE TILT OF THE COLUMN IS NOW VISIBLE FROM THE STREET AND THE COLUMN CHANGES DIRECTION HALFWAY UP. THE COLUMN IS FARTHER OUT FROM UNDER THE ROOF THAN IT WAS TO BEGIN WITH. THE MASON WHO THEY SENT TO REPAIR SOME OF THE DAMAGED JOINTS AND DISLODGED BRICKS DID A VERY GOOD JOB, CONSIDERING WHAT HE HAD TO WORK WITH. AT ALL TIMES, THEY WERE PLEASANT TO WORK WITH. I STILL HAVE A GUARANTEE AGAINST FURTHER SETTLING AND I KNOW THEY WOULD HONOR IT. I DON'T BELIEVE MY EXPERIENCE IS AT ALL TYPICAL.

I FOUND KEITH, THE INDIANA FOUNDATION REP., TO BE EXTREMELY PROFESSIONAL AND KNOWLEDGEABLE REGARDING ALL TYPES OF BASEMENT AND FOUNDATION ISSUES. KEITH WAS PROMPT FOR OUR APT. HE LISTENED WELL AS I EXPLAINED OUR PROBLEM AND CONCERNS AND THEN DISCUSSED OPTIONS WITH US. HE HAS A WONDERFUL WAY OF EXPLAINING, IN TERMS THAT ANYONE CAN UNDERSTAND, WHY FOUNDATION/BASEMENT ISSUES OCCUR. I FELT LIKE HE CARED ENOUGH TO TAKE THE TIME TO INFORM US OF ALL OUR OPTIONS. INDIANA FOUNDATION WAS QUICK TO SCHEDULE OUR WORK, THEY WERE PROMPT ON THE DAY OF THE JOB, AND ALL OF THEIR WORKERS WERE POLITE. IN ADDITION, THEY CLEANED UP NICELY AFTER THEMSELVES. SINCE THE INSTALLATION OF THE SYSTEM IN OUR BASEMENT, WE HAVE NOT HAD A SINGLE DROP OF WATER DOWN THERE. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM AS AN HONEST COMPANY WITH EXCELLENT PRODUCTS AND FOLLOW THROUGH.
