the first group of workers who arrived were unresponsive to my concerns and treated me in a dismissive manner. Once my complaints had been communicated to the central office, things improved greatly and the work was completed in a satisfactory manner.

Very impressed with Indiana Foundation from estimate to completion. Rick Oxendine gave the crawlspace a thorough inspection and suggested needed repairs. Their estimate was very reasonable. The arrived exactly on time and efficiently installed the beam and jacks. They even cleaned up a little trash and debris that was near their job site and that I hadn't cleaned up yet. My floors are now so much more solid and problems with sticking doors are gone! Great job!

Sales, office and work crew personnel were all very responsive and professional. The work was done in a timely manner and clean up was satisfactory. I will have to wait and see if it corrects the problem as we've never had flooding, but seepage through the block behind the dry wall in our finished basement along two walls. Check back after we/ve had some rain. I am cautions as we had to replace dry wall in the rooms and the tile and all fixtures in the bathroom including floor.

It went very well. We had no problem with the salesman or the contractors. They came into our home with no one there and did there work. I came in unknown to them and they were hard at work. All of the guys working on the basement were very nice. If we had questions the they told us with no hiding info. They fixed things and moved things to make the system work better. So far every thing is working like it suppose to thanks.
