They showed up on the right day and were very polite. They went about their work and got it done in one day. After it was done they explained to me how it works and said to call them if I had any questions or concerns. I would definitely use this company again if needed.

They did replace the shims but it didn't have the effect that I expected it to have so that's where kind of the misunderstanding came in but it was resolved and I'm okay with it now. I thought that that was going to take care of some unlevelness we had in our wood floor and that didn't really happen but I don't think that's their fault. I like the sales rep and I thought he was honest with me and wasn't trying to sell me service that I didn't need. I guess what I didn't like is that there was some kind of a misunderstanding over what I thought was going to happen when they were done and what actually happened. Communication wasn't great I guess.

The experience was excellent with them. They were very prompt. They did a clean job. They did what they told us they would do. They are going to come back and do a little more this Friday. We found a little lawn moisture so they are going to do a little more.

The crawl space looks fabulous and very clean. They removed all of the debris and did a great job. My crawl space area and basement are no longer musty. Very dry now with the dehumidifier.
