Although, we had a very rocky start, the general manager, John Clark, came out addressed all of the problems and worked with us to solve them. We are now happy with the work performed by Indiana Foundation Service. Thank you to John Clark for working with us on this problem.

From the office staff to the salesman to the workmen who completed the job - all were knowledgeable, courteous and professional. The workmen did an excellent clean job which is reflective of the whole company experience I had. Every contact I had with them was at the date and time agreed upon. My experience is that this is a very well run honest company with excellent employees and reasonable prices.

I did not grade this company in terms of price or quality because I do not feel qualified to make a judgment in these areas. As for my experience with them, I can say that they were very friendly, helpful, and understanding. And all in all, it was a good experience.

Salesman patient, but after sale slow to respond and no paperwork regarding revised scope of work was provided until call-back work was completed. In addition, when the scope was changed, MIRACULOUSLY, a much better price (nearly $1000 less) was offered for the original scope of work. Workers neat, punctual and polite. HOWEVER, 1) no explanation of the operation of a sump warning system or paperwork of the scope of the work was left upon its completion, and 2) a call-back was required as the crawlspace area was left in a mess. I hope and trust the quality of the drainage installation is far better than the last steps. For an Angie's List top performing company the hype is much greater than the service delivered.
