Reviews
Write a ReviewIt went well the first day which started  Monday August 19th but they did not finish so they told me they would be back on Saturday August 24th between 10 - 10:30 a.m. My house was left in a mess because the plastic that was put down on the floor was left. On Saturday I waited until 11 a.m. and had to call the salesman to find out if they were coming. I was told they had run over on another job that morning and they would be at our house by noon. One of the technicians called and said they would be back next Saturday August 31st to finish. I told them that was unacceptable and it needed to be taken care of NOW. They showed up at 3:30 p.m. with a bad attitude like it was my fault that they had to finish but the job was done by 6:30 p.m. Part of our deck had to be removed for the drain system and a couple of the boards were damaged and I was not told about it, I had to find out after they left. I was told the Monday before that they would replace any boards that they damaged. They need to work on scheduling the jobs so they are completed in a timely manner. The work was done properly but the timing was horrible!!
Laid protective material on floor to protect it. We're quick and efficient. Nice and professional from the 1st phone call to clean up.
it went ok
Was perfect! Crew was awesome had everything done in two days during severe rain. Cleaned up their work area. I was very pleased.
It was a good experience. The guy came out and did a good job. We are just deciding what to do. It was a very fair estimate and professional. The estimate was free. I would use them again.
I didnot check any other contractors, wish I had, the price was very expensive some of the work I had to make them do it over
After some initial problems, it went ok. Still waiting to find out how much it's going to cost. I'm on the fence as to if I would use this company again.
We contacted Indiana Foundation Service as one of three potential service providers to replace a rotted sill plate in our crawl space. Dave, the estimator, was very respectful of our house and put on disposable booties and put down tarp to not track dirt in from the crawl space. We ended up going with this company for the work and were initially told it would be a couple months but that they would put us on a waiting list. They ended up doing the work in just a couple weeks and even came out during a big snowstorm to do the work. The work was done in one morning and again, everybody was respectful of our house. If we have any additional foundation issues we will definitely be contacting Indiana Foundation Service to perform the work.
I thought they were prompt and courteous. They cleaned up their mess when they left. They did an adequate job. I had to have them back out because they had one issue but within a couple of days, they had a man out to look at it and in two weeks they had that portion taken care of. The issue was that I had a leak that they didn't catch. I got no other complaints.
Recommended too much for what was needed. After further consultation with other vendors, I could have gotten a lot more done for a lot less expense.
