ON MY APPT DAY AND TIME, THEY CALLED AND TOLD ME THEY WOULD NOT BE ABLE TO MAKE IT, AND THAT THEY'D NEED TO RE-SCHEDULE FOR THE FOLLOWING DAY. THIS WAS A LITTLE UPSETTING; HOWEVER, OVERALL EXPERIENCE WAS GOOD AND I APPRECIATED THEIR HONESTY WHEN THEY TOLD ME JUST THE CRACK NEEDED REPAIRED, AS OPPOSED TO TELLING ME THAT MORE EXTENSIVE AND COSTLY WORK WOULD BE REQUIRED (LIKE THE OTHER COMPANIES TOLD ME).

I FEEL THAT DUE TO A DEFECTIVE VACUUM CLEANER THAT WE HAVE FINE CONCRETE DUST THROUGH OUT THE HOUSE. THE VACUUM SPIT OUT THIS FINE DUST CONSTANTLY EVEN AFTER THEY CHANGED THE FILTER IN IT. IT IS ALSO MY OPINION THAT THEY DAMAGED THE FOURTH WALL AND LEFT IT IN WORSE CONDITION WHEN THEY LEFT THAN IT WAS IN BEFORE THEY STARTED. I FEEL THAT FOR THE AMOUNT OF MONEY PAID, THEY COULD HAVE COME WITH BETTER EQUIPMENT TO DO THE JOB.
